This is a simple PowerPoint driven mental maths starter that appeals to many different learning styles.
It works quite simply by the teacher playing a background dance track behind the PowerPoint supplied and, as different numbers come up, the children have to perform different dance moves, according what the number displayed is divisible by.

Did this as a Yr 6 lesson for a job interview the kids loved it and I did get invited back to do another lesson for Yr 3 - did not get the job - but the idea was praised and I would definitely use it again. Its v adaptable for different age groups - thanks
