This spreadsheet activity task requires students to use the SUM, MIN, MAX and AVERAGE functions to complete the weekly sales figures for their cinema. They can also demonstrate the use of the fill handle to copy down or along formulas. When the formulas have been added they need to answer the questions below it, using the data above. There is an extension activity which requires students to add conditional formatting to highlight which movies are doing better or worse than the average ticket sales.
