Hi these resources sound lovely but when i've downloaded it says unable to open on my system and that I don't have the correct files :(. I was wondering if it would be possible to get a refund. Many thanks. K
Most of the plans were good, but I was unable to download or view any of the resources as they bwere flipchart file, which was disapponting.
