This is a range of activities designed to celebrate the Olympic Games. ( I have made 2 versions of the booklet - the first is very pretty but the file is huge and takes ages to download!) There are data handling tasks, investigations and lots of using and applying maths skills to be employed in this exciting booklet. All examples of athletes are taken from real Olympians - some of the results in have been altered slightly to make the investigation more useful and varied. I may add a point system and award medals too! Enjoy!

A well selected set of Olympic themed statistics with associated tasks and challenges to complete. Even though the 2012 Olympics have now passed, they could easily be adapted to work around a sports week or Sports Day in upper KS2.
