I trialled this with all classes that I teach in the half term prior to Christmas. The feedback I received from many students was that they liked the fact that everything they need was in one place. When I forgot to use this template, I got complaints because the students didn't know where the information they needed was. Please feedback if you have used it, found it useful, found it rubbish or want to provide improvements :)
If you do use it, feel free to change colours etc. to suit your learners.
