Lesson content covers the 8 tips for healthy eating as well as the Eat well guide and is pitched for GCSE food and preparation students. Includes practise exam questions taken from OCR although relevant to all exam boards.

Lesson covers the following objectives:

  1. To be able to recall the guidelines for a healthy diet ​
  2. To be able to evaluate food intake and identify food groups​
  3. To suggest ways to make improvements to a diet and the implications of not doing so
