On the first worksheet: it would have been useful to stress that the choice between 'dessen' and 'deren' depends on the item referred to (before the comma) and not the one that follows. The example sentences contain some unlikely past tenses ('half' in 17 is definitely odd); 'hast' which we need for 9 and 18 comes out as 'habe' or 'hat' ; and the 'zu' in 4 is understandable but should really be omitted. Sorry, but more niggles with the other sheets: No 4 again (twice at least); halfen in No17 should be half (or even better geholfen habe); and in two or more No 15's we need an ist after verliebt . The variations on a pattern idea is good, but it seems to descend into repetition at times. from Lenz, 14 November 2011 |
