This is an adapted version of a SOLO sequencing HOT map for practicals.
It is best printed back to back on A3 paper. Students then plan their practical using one side. Once completed they can then write up their method, comparing this with the original plan.
When I have used it I have found students are more likely to write in order to achieve higher SOLO levels.
