This is a worksheet, that tells the story of a growing business. At each stage of developement, students have to draw a new organisational chart and answer questions about it. Each year i change the names of the staff to be member of my class. I work in an International School, so some of the names are quite original. Topics covered include; span of control, chain of command, layers of hierarchy, delegation, sources of finance, objectives and diseconomies of scale.
