An original comedic play which is a modern take on the traditional Christmas story.
It’s the old story with a comedic take. Mary and Joseph arrive at the inn to find there is no room but there is a stable in the back cue wise men getting wise men getting lost, shepherds chasing sheep across the desert and angels getting grumpy as their big entrance is ruined!
A play with a cast of 9 actors who can be male or female.
Props are minimal and can be easily created by gluing a picture on to cardboard and cutting it out. There are 4 separate scenes although no scenery is required.
The play lasts about 10 minutes and would work well for an end of term performance as part of your Christmas celebrations.
