This is an excellent resource to get students engaged in substituting into expressions. This will be great to help students consolidate their understanding of substitution and could be used as main activity or a long plenary. For homework you could get the students to make their own board games. It would also be nice to say if they roll an odd number (for example) then they have to substitute in the negative. Thank you for sharing.
