PowerPoint Lesson
The editable PowerPoint lesson provides many opportunities for pupils to practice reading the time using both analogue and digital clocks. There are a number of slides where pupils are required to apply their knowledge of time to solve real life word problems. The PowerPoint contains links to three short videos on recording dates, telling the time on an analogue clock and the 24-hour digital clock. It is an ideal resource to introduce the time component of the specification and for revision purposes.
Workbook
The 70-page workbook includes 18 information pages, 47 worksheets, 2 progress checks and a certificate of achievement. It is available in PDF format and an editable PowerPoint version to enable personalisation of the resource. It can be used for classwork, homework, revision or as an independent learning pack.

An excellent resource that has saved me so many hours of planning and resource making!! Fantastic workbook and PowerPoints that are totally age appropriate. It is so hard to find Functional skills resources that are aimed at the right age levels and give practical demonstrations and reinforces learning the skill. I really appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this resource. It is a life saver for a new starter teaching adult skills. The layout and content is perfect for adult learners and I like the fact that it has a booklet to go with the PPT which will save me a lot of time. I like that the concepts are broken down logically and that there is plenty of practising of each skill to drill the concepts. It is often difficult to find resources that are not geared up for children and this resource has taught me some skills too. I will certainly buy again from this seller.
