I cannot take full credit for this one, someone gave me a copy of this a long time ago and I have adapted it over the years. Follow the lesson plan. Basically, split the class into 3 groups. Each is again split into union and management negotiators. (I put them in different rooms when they are preparing their arguments). Then gee them up and let them negotiate. Theory covered includes; strikes, overtime ban, non financial motivation and work to rule. I love this lesson, enjoy.

This is really useful - I would have liked to see the text that was used referenced in the plan however....

It's hard to find a useful resource to show the power of unions and negotiation. This is really useful. Thanks
