A unit of work on the book ‘Skellig’ by David Almond. Reading-focus lesson plans, as well as lessons which include a focus on art, poetry writing, diary writing and information text writing.
I have attached resources and the plan includes some photos from my classroom displays and work completed.
There are also links made to a beautiful picture book called ‘FaRther’, which linked nicely to our WW2 theme at the time.
