It is for staff use, providing a topic for a discussion and a checklist to assess whether pupils have passed the test or not. Although this assessment follows the theme of Christmas, it can easily be edited for any topic and used multiple times. Created for my SEN year 7 group, this has been a much enjoyed scheme. It includes every lesson powerpoint as well as resources, videos and a scheme for learning which will last approximately 25 hours depending on group ability. It can be easily adapted or you can just print the worksheets and run as a lesson.

This simplified story is based on the bible story The 7 Days of Creation. It includes 11 pages and the story has been simplified to be more engaging for students and easier for them to understand and follow the story. Each mini-page, is half an actual page size, meaning you cut each page in half. I recommend laminating each page individually and then binding together to make a book - it’ll also make it stronger and longer lasting for you. This is a fun, and simple way to introduce a Bible story into your classroom and Religious Education lessons. You can use this resource as a whole class story which you can read to your students, or print numerous copies and have them readily available for your students to read in your classroom library. The two Animal Outlines books are full of pictures of the animals that pupils like to write about and are suitable for fictional and non-fictional writing. The clear sheets give extra confidence and motivation. There is a list of general key words at the front of the book, and additional words given for each animal.
