About Guangzhou Huadu Yew Wah School
Yew Wah International Education School of Guangzhou is a mixed, all-through international school and sixth form form located in Huadong Town in the Huadu District of Guangzhou, China. It was established in 2014.
The school is part of the Yew Wah International Education Foundation. Its curriculum is based on the Chinese National Curriculum, enriched by elements of the international curriculum, and students study towards international qualifications including the Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level.The school will soon offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

Values and vision
The goal of Yew Wah International Education School of Guangzhou is to develop the character of its pupils via a range of academic and extracurricular pursuits.
The school aims to support all of its pupils to achieve their potential as lifelong learners and future leaders. It aims to create an environment where pupils feel happy and safe, and where they can obtain the skills required to be successful in universities both in China and further afield.
The school aspires to create a positive, caring, joyful and appreciative learning environment, and describes its mission as bringing quality international education to the children of China.
Pupils are taught multicultural programmes in a bilingual environment where their active participation is encouraged. Yew Wah International Education School of Guangzhou values character development and is committed to developing students’ understanding of different cultures, along with their sense of respect for diversity.
The school aims to nurture pupils to become confident individuals with a profound understanding of the Chinese culture.
