Vision

Netley is a dynamic learning community where all children aim high, flourish and contribute to society.

We have 3 main drivers:

Respect: A culture derived from the UNICEF Rights of a Child

Diversity and Inclusion:  Someone Like Me: the curriculum has been designed to reflect our community and communities across the world.

Aspiration:   Who do I want to be?   A whole school big question that relates personal qualities to future aspirations in the world of work

Key Priorities for 2023-24

1. Academic Standards:  To improve outcomes in writing and early mark making

2. Policy Development: To update the Teaching and Learning Policies in EYFS/Woodlands

3. Personal Development:  To maximise our impact on children's learning - supporting children with SEND

4. Parental Engagement:  To improve engagement with home learning.
