Parkside Community School

We are an Ofsted Good School (2022) that is continually developing and improving to move forward to provide the very best experience for our staff, pupils, and community.

Parkside Community School is a good school with sustained improvement over time. In 2022 the school achieved a progress 8 score of +0.61, following a score of +0.59 in 2019 when performance figures were last published. This makes Parkside the highest achieving school in Derbyshire for progress in three of the last four years in which performance figures have been published.

The intent of the Parkside Curriculum is to be leading edge, facilitating the best academic and personal development outcomes for our pupils. Our Parkside Support Centre is driven to provide all necessary support to ensure our pupils can learn, participate, and feel they belong to Parkside.
