About St Peter's Academy

St Peter’s Academy is a Anglican secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. It is sponsored by the Woodard Academies trust, the largest group of Church of England schools in England and Wales, and is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Lichfield. 

There are 962 students aged 11-16 on the school roll, taught in mixed classes. Founded in 2011, St Peter’s Academy moved into a new state-of-the-art facility in Fenton in 2013.

The academy’s specialism in communications includes literacy, languages and communication skills within a global context. This choice of specialism reflects the importance of developing in students excellent communication skills in languages, presentation skills, team working and creative thinking.
