Introduction

North Bridge House West Hampstead School is is an independent, co-educational establishment, seeking to recruit an experienced, passionate and supportive 1:1 Learning Support Assistant of the highest calibre to join our team, supporting a pupil with SEND.

Note: This is a full time ( 09:00 am to 5:00 pm) and fixed term (externally funded) and urgently required role.

This unique role will suit someone who has a very good understanding of the Early Years, has proven experience in supporting pupils with unique needs, is proactive, solution focused, someone who is forward thinking, passionate and is full of positive energy.

Led by fully qualified and highly skilled teachers, our Nursery & Pre-Prep campus has an innovative and engaging atmosphere.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have proven experience in the same role
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 start and 5:00pm finish
• Have a DBS on the update service or willing to do a new DBS
• Have the 'right to work' in the UK
• Must have a positive and proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
