Required for a September start, an enthusiastic and innovative Maths teacher to help drive forward Therfield’s cohesive and ambitious Maths Department and continue the improvements made by the Subject Leader. The Maths Department has a suite of 8 rooms with interactive whiteboards and is very well-resourced. You would join a friendly subject team of 8 staff.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach Maths to GCSE and ideally should be able to teach a range of modules at A-level.

About Therfield School
Therfield School is a mixed secondary with sixth form based in Leatherhead, Surrey. The school is a non-selective, non-denominational state school with 1,178 students aged 11-18, approximately 236 of whom attend the sixth form.
The school has a partnership with the Leatherhead Responsible Business Network, which provides a range of activities throughout the year to help prepare pupils for the working world. These have included careers fairs and mentoring schemes.
