JOB SUMMARY
Warrington Collegiate Education Trust (WCET) has a growing number of academies in Warrington. The WCET Academies Improvement Director will play a central role in providing strategic leadership for WCET so that its academy improvement approach delivers successful outcomes and establishes WCET as a high performing academy trust. The Academies Improvement Director will support and challenge academies in the Trust to achieve their aspirational targets for pupils and the communities they serve, with a particular focus on supporting the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning.
The main purpose of the job is to lead on academy improvement, academy governance and quality assurance strategies across WCET and ensure that organisational objectives are achieved.
You will have Key Working Relationships, Internal and External, including the following:

- Beamont Collegiate Academy Principal
- Future Tech Studio School Principal
- Warrington Collegiate Education Trust Staff

- HM Government: Department for Education (DfE) and Education Funding Agency (EFA)

- Warrington Borough Council
The successful applicant will be required to have an enhanced DBS check carried out.
