Academy Improvement Officer

The Focus-Trust is looking for an exceptional academy improvement officer, with a strong drive in making a positive difference to children's lives.

Launched in 2012, Focus-Trust is built on strong foundations. We work closely with Focus Education, an organisation with over 20 years’ experience of driving improvement in the sector. We are looking to appoint an experienced school improvement officer.

We’ve worked hard to develop and embed effective systems, foster a shared moral purpose, and establish effective collaboration between academies and leaders.

We are looking for an experienced school leader who can demonstrate tangible impact from their work. You will:

• be dedicated to supporting and challenging academy leaders in creating learning environments where children can grow in confidence and succeed;
• have an excellent understanding of how to drive school improvement in a wide range of different academies;
• know how to work closely with a strong team of professionals to deliver excellent teaching, learning and assessment;
