FTE Salary: Up to £26,220 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Education Trainer to join our team and deliver cutting-edge training programs for people in hard to reach communities. As an Adult Education Trainer, you will play a vital role in empowering adults to achieve their full potential and support them into employment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and deliver engaging and innovative training programs that are specifically designed for adult learners.
  • Assess adult training programs in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring they align with the highest standards set by awarding organisations.
  • Celebrate the successes of adult learners and promote our adult programs through open days and social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with day-to-day operations and tasks by attending regular team meetings.
  • Provide dedicated telephone and online support to adult learners, assisting them in overcoming challenges and maximising their potential.
  • Promote exciting progression opportunities within employment, networking with job centres and employers to job match
  • Strengthen relationships with learners through the delivery of high-quality training programs and foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • GCSE English Language and Maths or Level 2 Communication & Numeracy Key Skills
  • A1 or equivalent assessor award
  • Experience working with adults/young people with SEND
