Apprentice Trainer Assessor - Health & Social Care for the Apprenticeship Services Academy (ASA) in London X 2

We have an opportunity for an experienced Apprentice Trainer Assessor with a background in assess Health & Social Care apprentices in the workplace. Please note that this role is based within our Apprenticeship Service Academy (ASA) location in London (Chadwell Heath).

Successful applicants will:

  • Be experienced in assessing apprenticeship programmes
  • Have experience in identifying and assessing student's needs, organising and delivering student inductions
  • Have experience planning and delivering training for students
  • Be able to engage with employers to ensure they contribute to the Apprenticeship programme
  • Be able to carry out initial assessments and assess apprentices in the workplace and across the college delivery sites
  • Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with significant practical experience
  • Have an A1 or AQA Assessor Award
  • Have Maths and English (GCSE grade A*- C or level 2 equivalent)

Knowledge and experience in the use of an ePortfolio system would be advantageous.
