We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional with knowledge of the FE sector to lead the operational strategy for generating successful outcomes for Apprenticeships opportunities to ensure the College meets income targets and diversifies income.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of the Work-Based Learning sector, the complex dynamics of delivery frameworks and have the ability to analyse and use complex data effectively and present this in a clear and understandable form.
Management and monitoring of a team against a set of monthly targets and financial profiles, to ensure the successful delivery and outcomes for each contract is essential as well as experience of driving for results and continuous improvement with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Executive Director – Partnerships, Skills and Commercial Development the successful candidate will be joining the College at a very exciting and challenging time.

Janet Meenaghan who joined the college in September 2015, has successfully promoted an ambitious vision for the college that focuses very clearly on high expectations of both learners and staff. Through frequent staff meetings, she and her senior managers have communicated well what is working effectively and what is not. They support and encourage staff to take responsibility for improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment within their subject areas. As a result, the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and outcomes for learners have improved and are good.
