The current team under the Director of Learning for Mathematics has transformed the teaching of maths which is well on the way to become the outstanding team in the academy. About Leeds West Academy
Leeds West is a co-educational, non-denominational 11-16 secondary in the city’s district of Bramley. The school is a member of the White Rose Academies Trust. There are currently approximately 1,300 students on the school roll. The school is located near Summerfield Primary School and Stanningley Park. The school offers an extensive programme of extra-curricular activities from martial arts to chess. The school is also sponsored by Leeds City College.
