We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join our happy and hardworking team at Hook Lane.
You will be responsible for supporting the learning of individual children, in all key stages, with autistic spectrum disorder. You will work under the direction of the class teachers, specialist teacher and inclusion manager. You will need to run intervention groups, assess children's learning and provide accurate reports on children's progress to the class teacher and inclusion manager. Experience of working with children with ASD in a school environment is essential.
We can offer you well behaved children who are eager to learn and a skilled and supportive team to work with.

Hook Lane is an all-inclusive 2 form entry community school with a Nursery and a 14 place Resource Provision for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. As a school we celebrate difference and diversity both through our ethos and our curriculum.

The Hook Lane staff team work collaboratively and have high expectations of our children to ensure they make the best possible progress during their time with us.
