We wish to appoint an energetic, empathetic and resilient Assistant Head (Pastoral). The successful candidate will be our designated senior lead for child protection, and work with the Deputy Head on a range of interventions and initiatives, including anti-bullying, in our senior school. The Assistant Head will, as a member of the leadership team, be jointly responsible for school policy and development. This is an exciting portfolio for an ambitious teacher in any subject discipline hoping to progress further in due course.
