Assistant Head Teacher-Liss/ASD

Red Gates is a school for children with severe learning difficulties, and complex needs our pupils are aged 4 - 11 years old. We are a busy, vibrant learning community committed to providing a high quality education to our learners in collaboration with a wide range of partners.

We are looking for an individual with proven strong leadership skills who can manage staff and resources within our LISS/ASD KS2 pathway. This position will be 0.6 in the classroom and as such, the successful candidate will consistently demonstrate outstanding practice and act as a role model to their team. The success candidate will have the ability to build strong relationship's with colleagues professional and parents.
