Chisenhale Primary School is a friendly community school, passionate about developing our children as successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. We require an additional Assistant Head to support us in driving the school forward on our journey. You will join the leadership team, which already has one Assistant Head in post, with responsibility for SEND and behaviour, as well as four enthusiastic Phase Leaders.

You need to be:

  • An outstanding teache
  • An experienced and inspirational leader of a team or a curriculum area
  • Confident in your knowledge of the new National Curriculum and enthusiastic about leading it across the school through topic-based learning
  • Positive and dynamic, able to work flexibly as a part of a team
  • Confident to work with the staff team to provide the best opportunities for teaching and learning, so achieving the best outcomes for children
