The Inspire Academy Movement recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time off work to share special occasions. Staff can take a family day special events to attend e.g. family occasions, sports day, nativities and church services etc.
We believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. Teachers are given an additional release day each term to complete medium term planning for the following term.
This role is for 3 days per week as class teacher and 2 days per week release. Candidates are encouraged to write a letter of application explaining the impact of leadership against the job description. Pay will be leadership scale.
