We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious faculty leader to appoint to this exciting role at Moseley School. Your qualities as a leader are of prime importance.
The successful applicant will be a consistently outstanding practitioner. You will be committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the faculty is of the highest quality and is innovative, engaging and enjoyable. You will have significant experience of delivering whole school improvements to meet a specified need and will have worked closely with teachers to measurably improve the quality of their teaching.
At Moseley School you will be responsible for the provision of strategic and operational leadership of a large team of committed teachers. With a team of other post holders in the faculty, you will be able to clearly communicate a compelling vision for raising standards and demonstrate the strategic leadership skills to deliver significant improvements in learner outcomes.
Achievement in Science has improved considerably in the last two years, with the school achieving our best ever GCSE and A level results. Progress in Core Science and Additional Science was above the national average in 2014. This is an exciting time to join the wider Leadership Team at Moseley School, as we continue to move forward.
