Harmeny School, in Balerno, is a leading provider of specialist residential education services for children with complex Social Emotional Behavioural Needs. As a Grant Aided Special School, we work with children of primary up to early secondary stage, both on a day and all year round residential basis.
We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager -Teaching and Curriculum to join our talented Education Team. Using coaching and mentoring techniques, you will support a team of teaching staff to ensure high quality teaching and learning, with the ultimate aim of maximising attainment and achievement for all. You will have responsibility for leading the development of an engaging, coherent and progressive curriculum that meets the needs of our children.
Please note this post is all year round with 35 days annual leave.
