Sandwell College is seeking to appoint a highly talented leader to join its new dynamic Leadership team, under a new Principal. We have been going through an exciting transformational period with the opening of our £80m state of the art facilities at 2 sites in West Bromwich and successfully completing the first phase of our improvement by achieving Ofsted good in our recent inspection.

We are now seeking an individual with the drive, vision and passion to join our new team, whose sole ambition and goal is to make Sandwell an outstanding college. You will have an outstanding track record in leading and managing curriculum and innovating change. You will be an excellent communicator capable of influencing people and representing the College. You will also have a passion for quality and excellence with the ability to inspire others towards this. The position will give you a senior leadership role at the heart of helping to shape the future of Sandwell College.

The curriculum brief will include leadership of a number of departments as well as developing a number of projects. Your portfolio will be varied and the key focus is to energise and innovate the curriculum areas within your remit.
