We are seeking to appoint an aspirational leader to the above full-time post from September 2015.
Banbury Academy Sixth Form has an established reputation across the town. The Sixth Form has value-added results for the past two years which place it in the top 10% nationally according to ALPS. We are a rapidly improving school looking for a senior leader who will continue with the excellent work in our Sixth Form while adapting to post 16 developments. Forward thinking, focused and with clear moral principles our next Head of Post 16 will take this department to Outstanding.

Banbury Aspirations Campus, compromising of Wykham Park Academy and Futures Institute Banbury, is located on the southern fringe of the market town of Banbury in Oxfordshire. Our campus community cares for over 900 students, more than 60 teachers and a dedicated team of support staff. Despite both schools being judged by Ofsted as "Good" with an "Outstanding" sixth form we are not complacent.
