Assistant Site Controller and Minibus driver

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Site Controller to join an established Site Team. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of duties including carrying out general repairs and maintenance, site security and some cleaning. The ability to work without supervision is essential.

Pay Range: NJC05-NJC15 (£24,539 – £28,842pa depending on qualifications and experience 

This post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (full time) on a split shift basis between the hours of 7:00 and 18:00.

Start Date: As soon as possible

We're looking for you if you have:

• Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security;
• The ability to manage your own time effectively and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach;
• Experience of Health & Safety procedures and codes of practice;
• The ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance
