We are looking to appoint an outstanding Associate Director of English to work alongside the Assistant Vice Principal (English) to lead the department to success. We are a highly oversubscribed academy and are therefore expanding our staffing to accommodate this.

SWB Academy is a vibrant 11-19 Academy. We have world class facilities, highly professional staff and students who are keen to learn. The post-holder will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team who deliver outstanding provision through engaging lessons and exciting enrichment opportunities.
