By working alongside other Directors, you will be relentless in building student self-esteem and encouraging students to aspire in Mathematics. By providing direct support you will ensure departments have clear vision with consistent expectations, which nurture, praise and celebrate the success of students. You will make an impact on the provision and quality students receive ensuring their progress and positive experience of Mathematics.
You will be pupil outcome driven, have the leadership experience and have the ability to challenge individuals within teams whilst supporting them to maintain outstanding results. You will be an excellent teacher with outstanding subject knowledge. The Outwood Institute of Education will support you in your induction, CPD and opportunities to deliver bespoke training in your specialism.
This is a critical appointment for the Outwood Grange Academy Trust, and is an exciting opportunity for your future impact on multiple schools and to improve pupil outcomes on a large scale.
Our southern region currently covers our academies in South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We are expecting to see significant growth of the Trust in this region in the future.
