The Role:

We are in search of an inspirational Electrical Installation lecturer to deliver teaching, learning and assessment to learners across the following apprenticeship standard:

  •  Level 3 Installation-electrician-and-maintenance-electrician


The successful candidates will also be required to deliver, Construction Design Project unit, The construction Environment, Construction and engineering technology, Science and Materials, Mathematics. The ability to deliver building Information Modelling would be advantageous as we will also be delivering Industry related programs in this sector.

Further development is available for the right individual with a wide range of CPD planned in Digital Construction, renewable technologies and electrical vehicle charging points.

You should demonstrate a good understanding of Electrical installation qualifications and apprenticeships through a history of teaching in the area.

You should also have effective communication skills and the ability to respond imaginatively to the challenges of an innovative curriculum and to develop approaches to teaching which gain the interest of students and employers.
