About the role:

We are seeking to recruit an excellent Business Administration Trainer and Assessor to be responsible for the day-to-day running and delivering of various elements of the Business Administration Apprenticeship Programmes in the workplace and off the job at College. You will deliver group and one to one training on and off site and proactively manage the apprentices’ journey into employment and offer relevant support. This is a key role where you will be expected to develop a structured framework of training which focuses on the needs of individuals, ensuring that each learner achieves their targets.

About You:

With significant experience of developing and delivering successful Business Administration Apprenticeship Programmes, you will have relevant Teaching qualification and occupational competence and Vocational Assessor award. You will have experience of engaging with Employers in the design and delivery of courses and knowledge and understanding of the National Occupational Standards. You must have the ability to motivate, empathise with, relate to and work effectively with target group who may have a range of learning and social needs.
