Due to retirement, we are looking to appointment a commercially aware and innovative Business and Operations Executive who will lead and support all business aspects of the academy including fundraising and bid management,and be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will have effective financial knowledge, be strategic in your approach to financial planning and have strong project management skills.

Key responsibilities will include…

• Take a full part in the shared leadership and management of the academy as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Provide high quality strategic leadership and management of the academy’s business functions so that the organisation can run smoothly, efficiently and effectively in the delivery of its core aims.
• Be accountable for all systems, processes and procedures relating to finance, PFI contract management, IT, administration, HR, marketing and health and safety.
• Maximising funding opportunities for the academy
• A full induction, mentoring and CPD programme is in place for all employees.
