Appointment of Business and Operations Executive

The HEART Education Trust is poised to grow significantly from its current two academies. The Directors are seeking to appoint a Business and Operations Executive to work with the Headteacher/CEO to ensure that this expansion is delivered effectively and efficiently and, most importantly, to the benefit of its pupils and other stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding MAC Trust offering a challenging and rewarding role with great potential for career development as the Trust grows.

The person we are seeking will have:

• Detailed knowledge of relevant policies, legislation and codes of practice regarding academy conversion.
• Understanding of HR issues including TUPE
• Financial and/or project management experience, preferably in an educational setting
• High quality communication and people skills, with obvious leadership potential

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 16th June 2015.
