RACC has an exciting year ahead with the opening of our landmark building on our Parkshot (Richmond) site that will support the College as a hub of excellence in adult learning. We design and deliver courses in the most appropriate way to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.

We are recruiting an Administrator to support our Business Development Department, which focuses on increasing partnership activities and community learning programs and developing commercial business activities and training.

Duties will include:

  • General administration tasks such as data entry
  • Booking rooms
  • Filing as well as raising Part-time Tutor contracts and recording absences.
  • The role will also involve coordinating external hires of college facilities and events which includes being the first point of call for inquiries
  • Sending out hire agreements and assisting at events

The successful candidate will have a minimum of level 2 in Maths and English, previous experience in an administration role, excellent IT skills including word and excel and be able to communicate clearly to a variety of people. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail are a must.

This role will require flexible working and will occasionally involve weekend and evening work based on a rota around planned events or hires.
