What we are looking for:

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Business Manager to join our hard working, committed and inclusive staff team. If appointed you will work as part of the Senior Management Team to accelerate our journey to excellence. We were graded as Outstanding in 2013 and continuously strive for excellence. We are a two form entry school with an Autistic Resource provision. There are 404 children on roll.

You will have a strong commitment to children in Hackney. You will be a strategic thinker and have the experience, skills and ambition to develop human resources, safeguarding, finance, premises, and health and safety. Furthermore you will be ambitious and actively seek funding opportunities and have a thirst for project management. You will be supported by a full time Bursar and dedicated admin team. You will have a talent for mentoring others and creating a unified team with a shared vision.

We are looking for a Business Manager that wants to immerse themselves in all aspects of school life. You will think strategically, secure outcomes, support governors, mentor others, work with parents and share our ambition that our children only deserve the very best.
