The Transformation Trust is a national education charity that works with a network of around 1,300 state secondary schools, providing free access to inspirational activities and opportunities. Everything we do is designed to help improve the life chances of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are looking to appoint a Business Manager who will be responsible for:
- Financial management of the Trust - day to day management of the Trust’s financial position
- Operational management – providing oversight of all programmes and supporting in the design of new programmes
- Staff & Contractor line management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation - including (but not exclusively) HASAW, charity law, and company law
