Caretaker

30 hours per week, over 52 weeks per year

This is a permanent position and will commence in September 2015.

As Caretaker, you will be responsible for the security of the premises, porter duties, monitoring of cleanliness, operation of central heating, maintenance monitoring and debris clearance from playground, footpaths, drives and guttering… You will also be expected to perform minor repairs that are not beyond the scope of an unskilled handyman. You will have good communication skills and be flexible and confident to work on own initiative. Previous similar experience would be an advantage.

The successful candidate may be expected to work additional hours when required.
