Appointment of Chief Executive of the Mill Hill School Foundation and Head of Mill Hill School

The Mill Hill School Foundation is a highly successful family of four leading co-educational schools providing an exceptional educational experience for pupils aged 3-18. Mill Hill School, the senior school, is London’s leading co-educational day and boarding school. Situated in 120 acres of magnificent parkland, the Foundation and its constituent schools blend a distinctive heritage with outstanding pastoral care, high academic standards and a diverse range of sporting, artistic and cultural opportunities.

Following the appointment of Dr Dominic Luckett as Headmaster and Chief Executive of Sherborne School, the Court of Governors are now seeking an outstanding leader to build on the Foundation’s success and guide it through a significant and exciting phase. A visionary leader with first-class strategic abilities, the successful candidate will be an exceptional educationalist with a substantial track record of achievement. Warm and charismatic, he or she will inspire and develop a high calibre team, and demonstrate the gravitas to command respect across the community. A genuine resonance with the ethos of the Foundation is essential and identification with the Christian values which underpin the Foundation is also required.

Applications should consist of a full CV and covering letter addressing the criteria set out in the role description and person specification. Completed applications should be uploaded at www.perrettlaver.com/candidates quoting reference 1990.
