Children’s Before and After School Club Care Assistant

19.15 hours per week, Term Time 43.21 weeks per year

Fixed Term for one year in the first instance

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture in our small friendly rural school. There are two posts. These posts are ideal for job share opportunities.

These roles include supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation and setting up activities for the children to optionally take part in. You will be required to prepare and serve a light breakfast and an afternoon snack.

You must be enthusiastic, honest, reliable, hardworking and most importantly willing to have fun and enjoy working with children.

The successful applicants will be expected to attend training in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding.

The pattern of work is Monday to Friday - 7.45am to 8.50am & 3.15pm to 6.00pm.
