We are seeking an excellent, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated and hardworking team as a Class Teacher. This role presents the opportunity to make a real impact on pupil attainment and achievement through innovative teaching methods, motivational skills, and a relentless focus on the success of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality education for all pupils in your designated class.
Plan, teach, and manage class activities in accordance with the school's policies and direction of the Headteacher.
Identify clear teaching objectives and assess progress regularly.
Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil engagement and achievement.
Maintain discipline and encourage good practices regarding behaviour and academic standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the curriculum and school-wide planning activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Ability to establish constructive working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current educational practices.
Compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
